EDū is a contemporary Spanish food concept with influences from other world cuisines where most of the core ingredients originate from Spain. The ‘mixto’ concept, created by Eduardo and Dani came about by realising the need to do something different with Spanish cooking in the UK, moving away from the classic tapas bars whilst staying true to traditional Spanish ingredients and recipes.
EDū is the brainchild of Eduardo and Head Chef Dani (who has worked at Bo London, Chiltern Firehouse and Galvin), who met over 10 years ago in southern Spain. Their aim is to bring a fresh approach to Spanish cooking and dining to the UK. Whilst taking their inspiration from classic Spanish recipes and sourcing traditional seasonal Spanish ingredients, EDū’s ‘mixto’ concept is also influenced by international cuisines.
