Where the pancakes are… have launched their first bricks-and-mortar restaurant after a year of pop-ups, festivals and winning “best pancake” accolades in Time Out and on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. Owner and self-taught cook Patricia has a love for fresh and healthy eating, and a profound understanding of why pancakes remain people’s most loved food – and one of the most searched recipes globally.
The restaurant itself merges the spacious and relaxed vibes of California restaurants with the simple aesthetics of Northern Europe in a quintessential British railway arch, in the heart of Flat Iron Square; the newest stop on London's Low Line.
Serving all day and into the evening, at Where the pancakes are… you can enjoy nutritious stacks of buttermilk pancakes – savoury or sweet, each dish is a feast of colour and flavour, made with heaps of tender loving care, paired to perfection with a selection of craft cider.
