Does your organisation use Insightly database?

Bankside and You Opportunity
Can you share your knowledge with local charity struggling to get to grips with their new CRM?

Bankside Open Spaces Trust (BOST) is a Southwark and North Lambeth based charity that brings people together to create and care for inspiring green places.

They have begun a project to migrate their records to the Insightly database and after the first phase of work they are looking for someone with knowledge of Insightly to help them further develop the database to make it work for their needs. This may include some further customisation/tweaking, connecting the database to mailing programmes as well as setting up and helping them to understand reporting functions. They would anticipate the work taking around 3-4 days (although an initial chat to accurately scope the work would be useful) and are flexible as to how this is done, whether as a continuous block of work or single days over several weeks.

If you are able to share your knowledge of Insightly please sak [at] betterbankside.co.uk (subject: Insightly%20database%20support) (contact us to get involved)

BOST work with volunteers and community champions, supporting food growing areas in housing estates, and running outdoor activities and events. Together they care for gardens and parks across the SE1 area. They have sole responsibility for Red Cross Garden, Waterloo Millennium Green, Crossbones Garden and the Marlborough Sports Garden. They value the partnerships they are building to do all this, including with residents, businesses, and local authorities.
