Last month we told you about our exciting new work experience project and Kerry Brown introduced herself. This month, Ernest says hi.
“Hi my name is Ernest Kargbo, I’m 18 years old and currently studying Business Management at De Monfort University in
Leicester. I’m your average teenager; I enjoy listening to music and playing sports. The street genius role really interested me as it gives me a chance to show how creative I can be, and as I am already a promoter for raves I felt I had a field advantage. Really can’t wait to get it started should be loads of fun!!”
The street genius project has got off to a flying start with Ernest and Kerry involving lots of other local young people. They’ve already received training in event management, confirmed their venue and training sessions in design for print and finance are in the pipeline. Their event will take place on 29th September and we’ll let you know how it goes in October’s ebrief!
