Rainbows is the youngest age group in Girlguiding UK (Girls aged 5-7 years). Rainbows meet once weekly and do a variety of activities centred around play. Activities include, game, cooking, singing, craft, outdoor and indoor play.  They also sometimes go on trips.

 

About the Opportunity: This Rainbows group need more helpers. Ideally we would like someone who can commit to helping for 1 hour a week during term time.  The role will involve helping the girls to have fun by joining in activities, crafts and games.  We are a very flexible organisation and encourage adults to be involved as little or as much as they like, therefore you may join as a reliable unit helper, or you may choose to take the opportunity further and train to be a leader on the Girlguiding UK Training scheme.  Full support is given to all applicants.

 

Time Commitment: 1 hour a week on a Wednesday
