StreetGym® is a fun, free outdoor fitness session. See your city in a different light as we make the best use of London’s iconic urban terrain. You’ll run up to three miles guided by a professional fitness instructor, stopping along the way at various bits of street furniture and architectural features to perform bodyweight-based exercises. Be prepared to crawl, jump and climb along the way. StreetGym® is great fun, will boost overall fitness and is amazing training for obstacle races like Tough Mudder and Spartan Beast.
Meet at the Bankside Community Space from 6pm, we'll be leaving at 6.15pm sharp. The session will comprise a ten-minute warm-up, 40 minutes exercise and ten minutes cool down. StreetGym® takes place outside so make sure you wear the right kit, a base layer and a waterproof outer layer is recommended, depending on the forecast.
