John Allison spent 24 years in the British Army, primarily in counter-terrorism, including weapons intelligence and bomb disposal. John will talk about how he prepared for and tackled high threat and high-pressure environments throughout his military career. For the past six years, he's been immersed in the workplace wellbeing arena, helping people to reduce levels of stress and fatigue. He will cover his Motion To Mind™ 4M Framework, a recipe for sustained, happy and healthy living. You'll learn about resilience building tools, techniques, and ideas that will enable you to stay energised and in balance for business.
