The session will be delivered by John Allison from Motion To Mind. John spent 24 years in the British Army, specialising in Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Counter-Terrorist Search and Weapons Intelligence. For the past five years he’s been helping individuals and organisations build resilience and reduce levels of stress. He’s passionate about the power of physical activity and spending time in nature to change people’s lives. A verifier with the Greater London Authority (GLA), Healthy Workplace Charter scheme, John has a wealth of experience assessing company wellbeing schemes and providing guidance. Furthermore John is qualified in Mental Health First Aid, Stress Management, physical training and exercise referral.
