All of the fish we serve is prepared daily at our own long established fishmonger, Jarvis. fish! restaurant was the first seafood restaurant in the world to work closely with the Marine Stewardship Council in sourcing fish. This simply underlines our commitment to quality and freshness as an integral part to its ongoing success and popularity. 

Fish! restaurant in the heart of Borough market, does what it says – providing the very best fish available in London to hungry customers. Established in 1999, restaurateur Tony Allan had a vision to transform the old 18th century Pea Shelling Warehouse into a fish restaurant. The glass construction, designed by award winning Julian Wickham gives the impression of being inside a huge fish tank. The rich browns deep oranges achieve a stylist, sleek and modern touch. The airy interior encompasses the open kitchen where diners can watch the chefs at work.  The restaurant opens out onto a large terrace, which is open all year and sits in the heart of Borough weekend market, with views of Southwark Cathedral.

fish! breakfast is now open for breakfast on Thursday and Fridays from 7am – 10.30am and a more relaxed 8am – 11am on Saturdays.
