Bring a Better Christmas - let's beat last year's total!
Caption: Propety guru Phil Spencer launches the BB Christmas Appeal!
It's the third year for Better Bankside's 'Bring & Buy a
Better Christmas' appeal, and we're hoping that this year you will be
more generous than ever!
You can download the promotional poster here and the leaflet here. Further supplies are available from Jogitha Jesudasan on 020 7928 3998, jj@betterbankside.co.uk.
Once again Better Bankside is working with five local charities who support homeless or older people: Broadway, Lucy Brown House, Hopton's Charity, Age Concern Southwark and The Manna Centre.
Location, Location, Location's Phil Spencer, an
ambassador and supporter of Broadway - one of the beneficiary charities - says:
'From seeing the work
Broadway does first hand, I know the gifts donated will be hugely appreciated,
bringing smiles to those who receive them. The funds raised will enable
Broadway to continue providing vital services and help to those in crisis. This
is a great appeal and enables local businesses and retailers to do something
amazing this Christmas and to help people less fortunate than ourselves.'
