Holland Street Works

Pedestrian entrance to site has been moved back to original position, which will now remain until completion of the project. All hoarding has now been removed and the site will be protected along this area with heras fencing. Deliveries for Block C will now be off loaded along Holland Street as Gate 3 has been removed.

Sumner Street Works

Duration: ongoing

Hoarding has now been removed along the majority of this road and is being replaced with heras fencing. Three parking bay suspensions have also been put in place to allow the realignment of the kerb. External works to Sumner Street up to Gate 5 will now take place through to April 18th 2012.

All four hoists and associated scaffolding are now being removed with a target completion date of mid February. Due to the close proximity of Sumner Street with Block D hoist a protection fan has been installed.

We have received NO complaints in the month and have at present 5 apprentices on site – 3 carpenters and 2 painters.
