Bennett Construction Ltd are now progressing the internal finishes to the 122-bed 4808m2 New Premier Inn hotel.
General update UPDATED
Excavation works along Lavington St at present are not associated with our site. Fit-out work is now underway on the ground floor reception and restaurant/bar area. Furniture deliveries will be regular over the next month but we are restricting the size of trucks to avoid congestion. The hotel is due to be handed over in May 2012.
