Better Bankside's Business Club's 07-08 seminar programme kicked off with an event called 'Secure your Business' at the Mercure Hotel, Southwark Street. The event featured an outstanding line-up of speakers, including: 

• Jonathan Toy - Head of Community Safety for the Safer Southwark Partnership
• Sgt Steve Dutton - part of the Cathedrals Ward Safer Neighbourhoods Team
• Mike Bluestone - Training Director & Security Consultant for MITIE Security Ltd
• Derek Mason - Manager for Disaster Recovery within HSBC
