Southwark Council and Better Bankside are seeking a professional and experienced event management company to organise and manage their annual Bankside Frost Fair event. They have also put together a sponsorship document for businesses wishing to support London's largest free winter festival and increase their profile to a wide audience of over 150,000 people.

Bankside Frost Fair is London’s largest, free winter event, which takes place in and around Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe over a long weekend in December.  Bankside Frost Fair is a celebratory festival that combines a European style winter market with music, street theatre, arts and crafts workshops and a whole host of winter based activities that in previous years have included an ice slide and husky dog rides.
