The newly-refurbished Royal Festival Hall has been pulling the crowds since its celebratory opening weekend early in June. People have been staggered by the care with which the original building has been allowed to 'emerge' afresh. 

 

The architects of this dramatic transformation are Allies & Morrison, founded in 1984 and based in their spectacular Southwark Street office since 2004.

 

Allies & Morrison have kindly agreed to lead a visit to the 'new' Festival Hall on Wednesday 18th July. Please meet outside the new 'Eat' restaurant below the front of the Festival Hall, at 12.30pm. The tour will last approx 1.5 hours.
