This year, A Concert for Winter will see schools and community groups join together to perform songs and music on the stage of the Globe Theatre in celebration of 'the spirit of Southwark'. Participating groups include pupils from ten schools across the borough, members of staff from PricewaterhouseCoopers and, performing their rendition of 'Rockin' Robin', members of the Southwark Metropolitan Police.

Shakespeare's Globe would be delighted if you and your colleagues might be able to join them for a seasonal and a very special lunchtime event. Tickets for A Concert for Winter are completely free but must be booked in advance by email (communitytickets@shakespearesglobe.com) or by telephone (020 7902 1435).

Please note that the majority of tickets available are groundling (standing) tickets (they have made it their priority to seat school groups in the first instance), however, there are a limited number of seats still available for audience members who are unable to stand for the length of the performance. Please inform them if you or any of your party will require a seat when making your booking. They would be grateful if all tickets can be booked before Friday 30th November at 5.30pm.

For more information, please contact Globe Education on the above email.

Shakespeare's Globe look forward to welcoming you to the Globe on the 6th December.
