BB Rangers Help Reunite Family
The Better Bankside rangers help a rough sleeper in Bankside find his family.  Having collected the person's name and date of birth, the BB rangers passed the information on to a whole range of agencies including St Mungo's - London's largest homelessness organisation, Mainliners - national HIV charity and the Metropolitan Police.  The MET's Missing Person’s Bureau subsequently advised the rangers that the individual had been reported as a missing person. With details on where and what times of day he had been seen in Bankside, they were able to happily reunite the individual with his family.

The individual personally phoned St Mungo's to thank them and the BB rangers for looking out for him and working as a team to get him into hostels during his time on the streets. The BB Rangers are thrilled that in this case he was able to find home.
