 The London Development Agency are offering free half day workshops, as part of their tourism business support programme, Towards 2012, to help tourism businesses in the capital in the run up to 2012. The workshops below are being provided. Booking is essential and there is a limit of two staff per premises for each workshop.
Crisis Management – 12th September, 12th October
Crisis Management helps all tourism businesses plan for the unexpected and gives tips on how to get positive coverage from the media, handle staff and customers and market your way out of a down turn.

Resource Efficiency - 27th September

Quality Business – 18th September, 6th November
Quality Business shows accommodation businesses how small changes to hotel keeping and customer service can radically alter business performance and improve repeat business.

Accessibility – 15th November
