Afraid of punctures? Want to adjust your own brakes and clacky
gears? Need motivating to keep your bike young and beautiful? Need to
know when to get professional help?
Introducing Better Bankside's 'self-medicating' Doctor Bike Sessions...
Following the success of the courses earlier in the autumn, Better Bankside is offering further opportunities:
Mixed course - 11th November and 25th November, 6pm-8pm.
Women only course - 18th November and 1st December, 6pm-8pm.
Both courses take place at the Bankside Community Space and feature professional but friendly mechanics/trainers from Cycle Training UK in partnership with Southwark Cyclists.
You will get to work on your own bike under expert supervision.
Learn how to look after your bike and keep it clean, how to prevent and
fix punctures, how to make sure your bike fits properly, how to adjust
brakes, gears, steering etc.
Places are limited to 10 per course. Please email info@betterbankside.co.uk
to reserve your place now. Courses are free to employees of Better
Bankside member companies but, if you RSVP, you will be expected to
attend. |
