Olympics 2012 opportunities
Following its very successful event at the Novotel in April (pictured below), Better Bankside is launching an 'Olympics 2012' portal on its website, in partnership with the London Business Network.

The portal will offer Bankside businesses a direct route to sign up for Olympics 2012 opportunities on the CompeteFor website, but will also advertise any current opportunities on a weekly basis as a 'taster'.
Commented Business Liaison Manager Giles Semper: 'The feedback from the April event was very positive. And we hear from some of our members that they have signed up to the CompeteFor website and already tendered for work. So we thought we should do our best to "push" the excellent work of the London Business Network, as well as helping to put Bankside companies at the head of the queue for Olympics work.'

Commented London Business Network Chief Executive Mike Mulvey: 'The joint event we ran in April showcased brilliantly how we are trying to partner with "indigenous" business organisations like Better Bankside. We are delighted for this opportunity to build the partnership further, and - we hope - to have Bankside businesses sign up in serious numbers through the CompeteFor website.'
