 An exhibition of contemporary jewellery by the short-listed artists for the Jerwood Applied Arts Prize 2007 runs 6 June to 22 July at the Jerwood Space, Southwark, London as part of the Jerwood Visual Arts Series. It will feature the work of Susan Cross, Nora Fok, Yoko Izawa, Grainne Morton, Adam Paxon and Mah Rana.
The Jerwood Applied Arts Prize is run by the Crafts Council and Jerwood Charitable Foundation to celebrate innovation, commitment and excellence in the applied arts. In 2007, the £30,000 prize is awarded in recognition of outstanding creativity, craftsmanship and significant contribution to the discipline of jewellery. The prize will be awarded on 25 June 2007.
