Three major Networking Events
Better Bankside's Business Club is either presenting, or partnering, in a variety of business networking events this autumn:

10th October - A major Business Networking event at Glaziers Hall presented by the Southwark Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the merger of the Chambers of Greenwich, Lewisham and Bromley (South East London Chamber). The three core themes of this event will be Regeneration, the Olympic Legacy and Procurement opportunities from major contractors and the local authorities. This event runs from 11.00am to 3.00pm, with tickets priced at £25.00 including Lunch. Exhibition stands for small and medium-sized companies are limited with the first 50 available at price of only £50.00. More details at the Southwark Chamber website.

The Chamber also has its annual River Trip on 19th September. You can download more details here and a booking form here.

17th October - Bankside Women in Business. Now in its second year, this Better Bankside event will run from 6pm to 8pm and is open to female employees of Better Bankside member companies, and of Business Club member companies. A panel of the area's most senior businesswomen will debate issues of concern to women in business. Last year's event - featuring Jilly Forster, Sue Hill, Marie Armstrong and Carol Hustler - took place at the Menier Art Gallery and was well attended. You can listen to the podcast here. 15th November - Networking Skills in Practice. This major joint event between Better Bankside, GLE One London and London Bridge Business Improvement District, will present an industry-leading speaker on the subject of business networking, and then allow participants to try it out for themselves. The event is slated to take place in the Court Room and Library at Glaziers Hall. To register your interest for this event, please email Jogitha Jesudasan.
