Cambridge House and Talbot is a multi-purpose voluntary organisation working in Southwark to alleviate the local effects of poverty and to support social change. They do this through the direct provision of services to individuals, families and communities, and by operating as a local neighbourhood resource and development agency, providing support to local community groups, voluntary organisations and community initiatives. About the Opportunity: Cambridge House wants to implement the Full Cost Recovery model across their organisation but the set up is beyond their capacity at the moment. They would really like to have a secondee, maybe one day per week for 3/ 4 months to come in and assist. It would be a great opportunity to see through a complete piece of work, explain it to non-finance people and have a lasting impact on the sustainability of a charity.
