About the Opportunity As part of a programme to strengthen NPV art's governance, the Company is seeking to appoint new members to it's Board of Directors who combine a passion for theatre with a commitment to providing opportunities for young people to learn new skills and express their creativity.

 

As a member of the Board of Directors, the volunteer will be part of the team who direct the

strategic requirements of the charity. Responsibilities include:

• supporting the Chair in the formulation of policy frameworks and strategic plans for the Company and the Board.
• representing the Board in dealings with stakeholders and key partners and contributing to the development of sustainable working relationships.
• contributing to the guidance and support of senior staff of the Company.
