Treasury Assistant @ Ed-Bus
About the opportunity: A skilled finance volunteer is needed to support the Treasurer in managing the finances of this new and exciting organisation.
Activities will include:
· Book-keeping and financial procedures
· Organising accounting records
· Preparing and monitoring budgets
· Understanding and writing financial reports
· Advising on managing our organisations finance
· Liaising with auditors and/or funders
There are opportunities to get involved in fundraising if the volunteer is interested also.

Skills and Challenges:
Location: The charity is based at Elephant and Castle but the location of the volunteering could be flexible.
Commitment: The hours and time can be flexible to fit the volunteer

About the organisation: Ed-bus is a new organisation aiming to provide outreach services to help community run education projects in Southwark to help more children achieve better grades and improve their life chances.
