Things To Do

London's burgeoning French population will be joined by the capital's francophiles for this celebration of France's national day. Expect food and craft traders, roaming performers, a waiter's race, children's games and storytelling in French and English, an a party with live music and DJs to round it all off.

Eating & Drinking

Borough Market is suspending its Sunday closing times to celebrate Bastille Day and bringing in francophile friends, families and food lovers. There will be a wide selection of French produce and street food laid on, plus a demonstration kitchen showing you how to create classic gallic dishes using the market's produce. The day ends with a finale party in the covered Green Market with more eating, drinking, street entertainment, DJs and live music. Extra points if you come clad in the blue, white and red of La Tricolore.
