As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, Better Bankside arranged a day’s Business Planning workshop facilitated by consultant Andrew Mitchell and attended by Community Partners and their trustees. The event, an introduction to the skills and tools of business planning, was enthusiastically received and gave the participants a solid foundation from which to go on and develop their individual business plans. The venue and catering were kindly offered by Price Waterhouse Coopers.
A follow up session looking in detail at the figure side of business planning - ie the £££s!- takes place on 3rd April at Waterman Group’s offices at Pickford’s Wharf.
