Borough Market opens on Thursdays

At the same time as several traders are taking up new 'pitches' in the Floral Hall area of Borough Market, a significant number are also opening on Thursdays. This move is particularly targeted at local businesspeople and residents who might wish to shop in a somewhat less frantic way...

The following traders plan to open on Thursdays:

• Utobeer - with its selection of Beers to go
• Borough Wines - wines from around the world
• Quatre De Marche - food and wine from France
• Gastronimica - cheese and meats from Italy
• Sillfield Farm - foods from Cumbria
• Ginger Pig - meat and sausages.
• Elsey and Bent - greengrocers
• Appleby Fish - fresh fish
• Wyndham House Poultry - does what it says...
• Turnips - greengrocers
